Editorial Policy

Readers trust us with decisions that involve real money. These are the rules every Casigrade review follows, without exception.

Independence

• Casinos cannot pay for a better score, a higher ranking position, or the removal of criticism. Ever.
• Commercial relationships (affiliate commissions) are handled separately from editorial work and are disclosed on every page — see the disclosure in our footer.
• We review casinos we have no commercial relationship with, and we keep negative findings in reviews of casinos we do partner with.

Hands-on testing

Ratings are based on our own testing — real registrations, real deposits, real withdrawal requests — against the public criteria on our How We Rate page. Where a claim can't be tested first-hand (e.g. a licence), we verify it with the issuing authority.

Corrections

Casino terms change fast, and we make mistakes like everyone else. When an error is reported via our contact page we verify it, fix it, and update the review's date. Substantive corrections are noted in the review itself.

Responsible content
